Unpalatable Press is dedicated to publishing underrepresented voices and excellent literary works that do not appeal to mainstream tastes.

Here at Unpalatable Press, we are focused on form as much as we are content. We want excellent writing, but we believe pushing the boundaries of form and language is the only way in which we can adequately express ourselves.

What does language look like outside of phallogocentric discourse? Outside of colonial discourse? How can the physical form of writing be manipulated in order to better express your ideas and identity?
